1. Acceptance of these terms

By using uhibbuvietnam.com or booking a tour or visa service with us, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use our services.

2. About our services

Uhibbu Vietnam arranges private, bespoke Vietnam tours and assists travelers with preparing and submitting Vietnam e-visa applications. We are a private travel and concierge business, not a government agency, and we don’t issue visas ourselves: final approval rests entirely with the Vietnamese immigration authorities.

3. Visa application service

• When you submit a visa application through our site, we prepare and file it with the Vietnamese authorities on your behalf, in exchange for the service fee, VAT, transfer fee, and the government stamping fee shown at checkout.
• You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide, including passport details, photos, and your planned entry date. Errors or missing documents can delay or prevent approval.
• We cannot guarantee that any visa application will be approved. Approval, refusal, and processing time are decided solely by the Vietnamese immigration authorities.

4. Payments

• Visa service payments, including the service fee, VAT, transfer fee, and government stamping fee, are collected online through our payment partner, 9Pay.
• Tour bookings are confirmed individually with our team over WhatsApp or email, and payment terms are agreed with you at that stage.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are handled case by case, since government fees and third-party costs are sometimes non-recoverable once an application has been submitted. Contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp or by email, and we’ll let you know what’s possible for your situation.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including valid passport and travel documents.
• Hold a passport valid for the duration of your intended stay in Vietnam, as required by Vietnamese immigration rules.
• Arrive with the physical documents needed for entry, even if your visa was arranged through us.

7. Intellectual property

The text, photos, logo, and design of uhibbuvietnam.com belong to Uhibbu Vietnam or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

We arrange travel and visa services in good faith, but we’re not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by circumstances outside our control, including immigration decisions, airline or accommodation issues, weather, or events at your destination. Where our liability applies, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.

9. Third-party services and links

Our site and services may involve third parties, such as 9Pay for payments, drivers and local guides for tours, and the Vietnamese immigration authorities for visa processing. We’re not responsible for the actions of these third parties beyond our own role in coordinating with them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
