The government stamping fee is $25 for a single-entry visa or $50 for multiple-entry, plus our service fee (from $15, depending on processing speed), an 8% VAT, and a 4% payment transfer fee. You’ll see the full breakdown before you pay. A standard single-entry application, for example, totals $41.80.

You choose the processing speed at checkout: standard (at least 1 week, $15), 4 days ($25), urgent 2 days ($40), urgent 1 day ($55), or same-day ($70). Each price is the service fee only, on top of the government stamping fee.

Your nationality, planned entry date, and visa type, plus for each traveller: passport details, a passport photo, and a portrait photo. You can add multiple travellers to one application.

Everything, including the government stamping fee, is paid securely online after you submit your application. There’s nothing to pay in cash when you land in Vietnam.

We prepare and file your application, but approval rests entirely with the Vietnamese immigration authorities, so we can’t guarantee it. Accurate passport details and photos are the biggest factor in a smooth approval.

Every itinerary is arranged around one traveller or one family, with a private car and driver each day. There’s no shared coach and no fixed group schedule.

Airport pickup and drop-off, private transport every day, hotels (plus a cruise cabin on itineraries that include Ha Long Bay), domestic flights, an Arabic or English-speaking guide, entrance fees, and travel insurance. International flights, your Vietnam e-visa, most lunches and dinners, and personal expenses are arranged or paid separately.

Yes. Every tour includes an Arabic or English-speaking guide, and our concierge team replies in Arabic or English too.

The price shown is a starting guide for one traveller sharing a twin or double room. It adjusts with your group size, travel season, and hotel category, and your concierge confirms an exact quote once your pace and preferences are set.

Yes. It’s part of why we built a concierge model instead of joining travellers to fixed group tours: halal dining and prayer times are planned into your itinerary from the start.

Visa paperwork is a separate service (see the visa questions above), but we handle it before you land, so it’s one less thing to arrange once your tour is booked.

Visa payments are collected securely online through our payment partner, 9Pay, after you submit your application.
